This role is responsible for building and maintaining lab and pilot equipment, preparing solutions, conducting wet-chemistry bench experiments, and powder handling, and mechanical analyses. The technician monitors and troubleshoots experiments in both lab and high-volume production environments while supporting the development and validation of new metrology systems. Success in this position requires strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on laboratory experience, attention to safety, and the ability to follow detailed technical procedures in fast-paced conditions.
