This position is ideal for students who want to gain hands-on experience in an international People Operations environment.Responsibilities / TasksWe are looking for a Working Student to join our People Service Delivery North/East Europe team, who speaks Danish or Polish and would be covering Poland/Denmark &amp; EMEA. In this role, you will support the People Service Delivery team in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the employee lifecycle.Your tasks:<ul><li>Support People Service Delivery processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and employee data administration.</li><li>Maintain and update employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Assist with the preparation and creation of employee documentation (contracts, letters, confirmations, etc.).</li><li>Provide administrative support to the People Service Delivery team across the North/East Europe region.</li><li>Collaborate with HR colleagues and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.</li><li>Support employee onboarding coordination and documentation preparation.</li><li>Assist with reporting, data management, and documentation updates in HR tools.</li><li>Contribute to ad-hoc HR and People Operations projects within the People Service Delivery North/East Europe team.</li></ul><h3></h3>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.</li><li>Strong interest in HR Operations, People Services, or People Experience.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a proactive, structured working style.</li><li>Fluent in English (required), Danish or Polish.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an international team.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
