As Senior Analyst, People Services, you’ll play a pivotal role in how HR support is delivered across Europe—advising on complex issues, improving systems and processes, and ensuring every employee transaction is handled with clarity and precision.</p><p></p><p>In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for lifecycle transactions and policy interpretation. When Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams encounter issues that require seasoned judgment, you’ll step in—resolving cases, investigating data discrepancies, and guiding others through ambiguity. Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, company policies.</p><p></p><p>You’ll also help new colleagues get up to speed, strengthen SOP documentation, and represent the region in ongoing improvement initiatives. Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll work closely with People Partners, CoEs, and business leaders.
