Responsibilities &amp; Duties:<ul><li>Perform moderately complex balance sheet reconciliation activities, focusing on Indirect Tax Accounts.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely preparation and review of the assigned account reconciliations.</li><li>Timely and accurate reporting of reconciling items for correction and adjustments with Tax Returns.</li><li>Timely and accurate reporting of aged reconciliation variances to assist with corrections in the general ledger.</li><li>Analyze data to resolve reconciling items and variances and to address queries on accounts movements.</li><li>Ensure reconciliations are prepared and reviewed in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, internal policies, audit procedures and regulations.</li><li>Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to the manager or stakeholders for timely resolution.</li><li>Document and update the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.</li><li>Perform moderate to complex tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Contribute in various and simultaneous process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity.</li><li>Assist in audit-related activities.</li><li>Document reconciliations using specific tools as Blackline.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; RequirementsMinimum Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance</li><li>3-4 years of relevant professional experience in Finance or Accounting</li><li>Excellent proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Power Point, etc)</li><li>Working knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and procedures and intern controls</li><li>Experience with Indirect Tax Compliance is an advantage</li><li>Experience working withOracle and Blackline Systems is an advantage</li></ul>  Attributes:<ul><li>Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a varied audience and internal and external customers. (Problem Solving)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to proactively take ownership of tasks and projects, showing initiative and driving results independently (Self-Starter / Ownership)</li></ul>
