<h2>Overview</h2>World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Microsoft Productivity &amp; Cloud Engineer.  The Microsoft Productivity &amp; Cloud Engineer is responsible for supporting, optimizing, and evolving Microsoft 365 productivity and cloud services for WWF-US and its Country Offices. This position combines deep technical expertise with strong cultural and linguistic fluency, providing regionally aligned support while contributing to global standards, governance, and continuous improvement. Location: to work for WWF-US managed country offices, candidates must be based in for following eligible locations: Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname and Guyana.<h2>Responsibilities</h2>Microsoft 365 Productivity &amp; Collaboration<ul> <li>Support and optimize administration of Microsoft 365 productivity services, including: <ul> <li>Microsoft Teams and Teams Admin Center</li> <li>OneDrive, SharePoint, and their respective Admin Centers</li> </ul></li> <li>Help provide or design solutions for staff or program workflows utilizing advanced Microsoft tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate.</li> <li>Partner with regional teams to improve adoption and effective use of collaboration tools</li> <li>Provide localized guidance and support in English and Spanish</li> <li>Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric is a plus</li></ul>User Account &amp; Identity Management<ul> <li>Work with role assignments and access permissions in alignment with least-privilege principles along with advanced user, user principal, and Entra App / Enterprise App integrations and permissions.</li> <li>Support on-going and new conditional access policies and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) in alignment with least-privilege principles.</li> <li>Manage M365, Security, Dynamic, and Distribution groups (ideally through both Web UI and PowerShell / MS Graph)</li> <li>Support onboarding, offboarding, and role-change processes for staff, contractors, and partners</li> <li>Coordinate with US IT teams to ensure timely and accurate identity lifecycle management</li> <li>Assist with access reviews, audits, and remediation activities</li></ul>Regional Support &amp; Global Collaboration<ul> <li>Serve as a trusted technical partner to Country Office leadership and staff</li> <li>Provide time-zone-aligned support to regional users, improving responsiveness and service quality</li> <li>Collaborate closely with U.S.-based IT teams to ensure consistency with enterprise architecture and standards</li> <li>Escalate systemic issues and contribute regional insights to global improvement efforts</li></ul>Operations, Resilience &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul> <li>Monitor service health and proactively identify risks or degradation</li> <li>Participate in incident response and business continuity planning, contributing to “follow-the-sun” support models</li> <li>Maintain clear operational documentation and knowledge base content in English and Spanish</li> <li>Evaluate new Microsoft 365 features and provide input on regional readiness and impact</li> <li>Perform work duties after-hours, on weekends, or holidays as needed from time to time because of unexpected critical outages or issues and planned maintenance windows.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul> <li>Demonstrates strong technical and operational agility, effectively navigating complex business and cloud environments to deliver tailored, high-quality support across WWF US and Country Offices.</li> <li>Clear, influential communicator who leads projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment, transparency, and active engagement with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.</li> <li>Possesses expertise in M365 Productivity and Identity platforms.</li> <li>Demonstrates a strong growth mindset, continually expanding expertise in evolving cloud, automation, and security technologies and applying new knowledge to strengthen WWF’s technical capabilities.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul> <li>A degree IT or related field HIGHLY preferred.</li> <li>Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish required.</li> <li>Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience supporting Microsoft 365 productivity services in an enterprise environment: <ul> <li>Administering Microsoft Teams in a production M365 tenant, including <ul> <li>Managing team creation, naming policies, and lifecycle controls</li> <li>Configuring Teams settings for external and guest access</li> </ul></li> <li>Administering SharePoint Online sites (team sites, communication sites) <ul> <li>Managing permissions using groups and role-based access</li> <li>Supporting site creation, ownership, and lifecycle management</li> <li>Troubleshooting access, inheritance, and permission issues</li> <li>Working within a modern, flat hub site or multi-site architecture</li> <li>Document libraries, lists, and metadata</li> <li>Versioning, check-in/check-out, and content organization</li> <li>Collaboration workflows between SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive</li> <li>Basic understanding of information architecture and site usability</li> <li>Supporting business teams without over-customizing the platform</li> </ul></li> <li>Hands-on user and identity management experience, including: <ul> <li>Provisioning and deprovisioning users, service accounts, and guest accounts in Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)</li> <li>Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and role assignments</li> <li>Troubleshooting authentication and access issues</li> <li>Coordinating identity-related work with US IT and Security teams</li> <li>Performing access reviews and remediating inappropriate access</li> </ul></li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience working in a global or multi-country organization strongly preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to support users across different cultures, regions, and technical maturity levels</li> <li>Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and training materials</li> <li>Mission-driven mindset with sensitivity to diverse cultural and operating environments</li> <li>Strong customer-service orientation and collaborative working style</li> <li>Ability to balance global standards with local needs</li> <li>Comfortable working independently while contributing to distributed global teams.</li> <li>Committed to building and strengthening a culture of inclusion within and across teams.</li> </ul></li> <li>Identifies and aligns with WWF’s core values: <ul> <li>COURAGE – We demonstrate courage through our actions, we work for change where it’s needed, and we inspire people and institutions to tackle the greatest threats to nature and the future of the planet, which is our home.</li> <li>INTEGRITY – We live the principles we call on others to meet.
