We don’t expect you to ‘fit’ every requirement – your life experience, character, perspective, and passion for achieving great things in the world are equally as important to us.</p><h2><span>Role: Exchange/O365 Administrator (SharePoint)</span></h2><p>Location: New Delhi</p><h2><span>The Role:</span></h2><ul><li>Administer and support SharePoint Online.</li><li>Manage site collections, permissions, content databases, and features to ensure effective collaboration and secure information sharing.</li><li>Work with business units to build and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows tailored to their needs.</li><li>Monitor system health, usage, and performance using Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell.</li><li>Ensure compliance with data governance, retention, and security policies.</li><li>Support integration with other M365 tools (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps).</li><li>Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for SharePoint functionality.</li><li>Assist in migrating legacy content to SharePoint Online using tools like ShareGate or Microsoft Migration Tool.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access, workflows, and document management.</li><li>Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint features and updates.</li></ul><h2><span>What You’ll Bring:</span></h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>10+ years of experience in SharePoint administration (Online and/or on-premises).</li><li>Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, site collection administration, and content management.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft PowerShell for SharePoint management and automation.</li><li>Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for building workflows and business apps.</li><li>Solid understanding of permissions management, document libraries, metadata, and versioning.</li><li>Experience with content migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix, or Microsoft Migration Manager).</li><li>Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.</li></ul><h2><span>Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):</span></h2><ul><li>Microsoft Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate</li><li>Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)</li><li>Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)</li><li>ITIL Foundation or experience working within IT service management frameworks</li></ul><h2><span>About Us:</span></h2><p>We’re a global, 1000-strong, diverse team of professional experts, promoting and delivering Social Innovation through our One Hitachi initiative (OT x IT x Product) and working on projects that have a real-world impact.
