Handle Exchange Online tasks such as mailbox management, permissions, troubleshooting Manage mail flow, connectors and transport rules Configure anti-spam, anti-malware, and phishing policies Manage retention policies, legal holds, and eDiscovery Perform advanced message tracing and diagnostics Maintain and support the Teams environment, including channels, permissions, policies Support additional M365 services such as OneDrive and—nice to have—SharePoint Online.
