Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development processes and experience with system integrations. Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL is a plus. Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation. Experience with Microsoft tools for reporting and data visualization. Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and conduct thorough gap and impact analyses. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
