This role focuses on internal communications, employee engagement, HR projects, and initiatives that strengthen our company culture and DEIB efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to projects that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. This is a part-time internship – up to 20 hours per week for the summer of 2026. WHAT YOU WILL DO<ul><li>Support internal communications across key channels (e.g., FUSE newsletter, All-Hands, intranet) by organizing content that is clear, engaging, and aligned with company voice</li><li>Maintain and audit People &amp; Culture resources to ensure alignment and consistency with new company templates and branding.</li><li>Capture and share employee stories that strengthen the employee brand and reflect the company’s culture and values. </li><li>Track attendance, compile survey results, and organize feedback from employee programs to provide insights and visibility on engagement trends.</li><li>Participate in and support diversity committee initiatives and various culture-focused projects and programs that promote DEIB, employee well-being, and engagement.</li><li>Assist with various HR projects, initiatives, onboarding activities, and training programs as needed.</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the People &amp; Culture team. </li></ul>WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH<ul><li>A High School Diploma and pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>A strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. </li><li>Proactive and collaborative with a strong willingness to learn and contribute.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google tools. </li><li>A strong commitment to company mission and values.</li><li>The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Ability to respectfully share and accept feedback willingly from all levels of the organization.</li></ul>PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
