In this role, you would be the key member of successfully commissioning and starting the equipment and processes belonging to your area of responsibility- Coating- in our new Leipzig Gigafactory.Your tasks in the net zero journey: <img src="https://workablehr.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/photos/128656/14d3d8436c05a267af7374ae6d843c23.webp" style="float:right;margin:0px 0px 4px 4px;width:346px;height:594px;"><ul><li>Responsibility for the assigned part of the manufacturing line.</li><li>Responsibility for ensuring that the agreed technical specifications are implemented in the equipment.</li><li>Solving and closing the technical open points related to the equipment.</li><li>Maintaining and structuring the equipment-related documentation for future scale-up phases.</li><li>Lead manufacturing ramp up phase by improving performance of equipment ensure manufacturing lines meet OEE goals </li><li>Responsibility over equipment commissioning and SAT in Skeleton's factory.</li><li>Troubleshoot and increase efficiency of the processes using tool management software, and implement changes/improvements </li><li>Providing daily input to the project back office and leadership team regarding the timeline and progress of the assigned manufacturing equipment.</li><li>Execution of calculations for manufacturing output according to the overall scale up requirement.</li><li>Define product and process specifications, develop test plans and implement them in production and define and check the acceptance criteria for Coating. </li></ul>RequirementsWe don’t expect to master it all.
