We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.Your day-to-day responsibilities<ul><li>Implement and maintain ICEYE’s Quality Management System within the Greece production facility</li><li>Act as the subject matter expert for QMS, quality assurance, health and safety, and environmental topics</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and industry standards, and act as the main contact for audits and certifications</li><li>Lead internal audits and ensure strong documentation control across operations</li><li>Define, track, and report quality KPIs while driving continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Train and coach teams on QMS processes, tools, and best practices to embed a culture of quality</li></ul>RequirementsWhat we’re looking forMust haves:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in quality, engineering, operations, compliance, or process improvement roles</li><li>Strong knowledge of QMS standards such as ISO 9001</li><li>Hands-on experience with quality tools and risk management methods such as RCA, CAPA, FMEA, and PDCA</li><li>Experience conducting audits and working with regulatory or certification bodies</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li></ul>Nice to haves:<ul><li>Experience with AS9100, AQAP2110, or similar standards</li><li>Experience with digital QMS systems and data-driven improvement approaches</li><li>Experience working in manufacturing or production environments</li></ul>Application Process<ul><li>TA Screen</li><li>Hiring Manager interview</li><li>Home task + team interview</li><li>Final onsite interview</li></ul><h3>Working at ICEYE</h3>At ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible.
