Candidates can expect to be assigned a more specific geographic focus based on the candidate’s experience, interest, and the needs of the company.This role includes significant responsibility for leading BESS, wind and solar development, including site screening, layout optimization, specific environmental and permitting processes, land acquisition for easements, and engagement with rural communities where projects are located. Experience in BESS development is a must.This role reports to the Head of Strategic Initiatives, Development team. This is a hybrid position, with the Houston location encouraged but not required.
