No matter your role, background, or level of experience, we believe that every member of the team can have an impact.<h2>The opportunity</h2>Getaround is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help grow our marketplace in Norway. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of marketing - from content production, campaigns and CRM to SEO, partnerships and agency collaboration. What you’ll do:As the Marketing manager for Norway you will own the roadmap for marketing initiatives locally. You will have the unique opportunity to shape the initiatives that will fuel growth in one of Getaround’s most promising markets. You’ll work closely with our central marketing team in Paris, and collaborate with teams across supply, product and customer support to drive growth and help bring the Getaround brand and personality to life across different channels in the Norwegian market.Your main tasks will be:Strategy &amp; Planning<ul><li>Build the roadmap for marketing initiatives in Norway, in line with the overall market strategy and budget, in order to drive awareness and impact locally.</li><li>Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive growth for both car owners and drivers, across media, content, PR, social media and CRM.</li><li>Identify opportunities to activate the brand through partnerships, influencer collaboration, and creative initiatives.</li></ul>Content &amp; Creative <ul><li>Develop creative concepts and bring them to life across formats and channels</li><li>Support performance marketing initiatives with new ad creatives and content</li><li>Create and optimize SEO-focused content to engage our audience and drive organic traffic</li></ul>PR &amp; Communications<ul><li>Manage relationships with local press agency and media contacts</li><li>Coordinate PR campaigns and brand moments to drive earned media coverage, drafting and distributing press releases, statements, and other external communications</li><li>Act as a point of contact for media enquiries in the Norwegian market</li></ul>CRM &amp; Lifecycle Marketing<ul><li>Create and manage email and CRM campaigns to bring valuable content for our users in line with local moments, product updates and seasonality</li><li>Support lifecycle communication for drivers and car owners to drive booking growth and user engagement. </li></ul>Performance and tools <ul><li>Support initiatives that strengthen organic visibility and growth</li><li>Explore and leverage AI tools to improve content production, campaign efficiency, and marketing workflows</li><li>Contribute to smarter ways of testing and scaling marketing initiatives</li><li>Analyze performance and set up reportings to track execution, spend and return-on-investment</li></ul>Agency &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Collaborate closely with external digital agencies and content creators</li><li>Ensure partners have the assets, insights, and briefs they need to deliver</li></ul><h3>What you’ll bring:</h3><ul><li>3- 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or a marketing/creative agency</li><li>Comfortable working across multiple marketing channels and projects</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM and content-driven growth</li><li>Interest in photography and video editing  </li><li>Curious about AI tools and modern marketing workflows</li><li>Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English</li><li>Structured, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment</li></ul><h3>Why Getaround?</h3>At Getaround, you’ll join a curious, positive, and dynamic international team working together toward a shared vision: fewer cars on the road and better cities to live in<h3>Why join us</h3>🌎 Getaround Europe is a fast-growing startup located in the center of Paris (headquarter), and an office in Oslo.
