This role serves as a key partner in maintaining and enhancing the reporting infrastructure used to track sales performance and support financial planning and analysis activities. The position blends business systems expertise with financial analysis, focusing on data structures, technical report development, and reporting system administration. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets, developing automated reporting solutions, and partnering with US-based finance stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely sales reporting.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Support the preparation and maintenance of recurring new business, variable compensation, and commission reporting used by Finance, Sales, and Executive leadership.</li><li>Build, maintain, and enhance technical reporting solutions across reporting platforms and databases.</li><li>Develop automated and scalable reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.</li><li>Maintain and optimize data structures that support sales reporting and financial analysis.</li></ul>Systems Administration &amp; Support<ul><li>Serve as a system administrator for sales reporting tools and platforms, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.</li><li>Troubleshoot reporting issues and partner with technology teams to resolve data or system-related challenges.</li><li>Document reporting processes, data definitions, and system workflows.</li></ul>Business Partnership<ul><li>Collaborate with the US Sales Reporting and FP&amp;A teams to translate business needs into reporting solutions.</li><li>Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from finance and business stakeholders.</li><li>Identify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities, improve data transparency, and strengthen reporting governance.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.</li><li>3–6 years of experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, business systems analysis, or data/reporting roles.</li><li>Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong technical reporting and data analysis skills.</li><li>Experience working with large datasets and reporting platforms.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy and data integrity.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
