You will act as a key business partner to Operations and Commercial teams, by ensuring financial accuracy, driving performance monitoring, and supporting decision‑making across the organization. In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to wider EMEA Operations projects.WHAT YOU WILL DO<ul><li>Business partnering with the Manufacturing &amp; Supply Chain local (plant) management</li><li>Ensure productivity and efficiency savings financial tracking and review</li><li>Challenge and support to achieve the contribution of the plant to the EMEA profit &amp; cash objectives</li><li>Alert on key issues and participate to find and implement solutions</li><li>Point of contact for the EMEA Finance team (e.g. EMEA Ops Finance Business Partner and ROC FBP)</li><li>Ensure quality and timely input to the main EMEA financial processes (monthly reporting incl.
