Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><div><ul><li>Provide hands‑on, real‑time troubleshooting support for compression and injection molding processes to maintain safe, stable production.</li><li>Monitor and adjust process parameters within approved limits to address quality issues, scrap, cycle time, and downtime.</li><li>Support operators by responding to machine alarms, conducting first‑piece checks, and resolving part‑quality concerns.</li><li>Perform basic inspections and checks on molding presses, auxiliary equipment, robotics, sensors, and material handling systems.</li><li>Document process observations, adjustments, and troubleshooting activities to support traceability and continuous improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Production to identify root causes and escalate complex issues as needed.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen events, 5S, and data collection to improve process stability and efficiency.</li></ul></div><h1>Qualifications:</h1><div><ul><li>Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent manufacturing experience (5+ years preferred).</li><li>Hands‑on experience in manufacturing environments, ideally supporting molding, machine operation, or process troubleshooting.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose equipment and process issues quickly and effectively.</li><li>Working knowledge of process controls, basic quality inspection methods, and manufacturing KPIs (scrap, yield, downtime).</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook); basic CAD knowledge (SolidWorks, Inventor, or AutoCAD) a plus.</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly with operators, maintenance, and engineering teams and coach others on technical topics.</li><li>Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast‑paced production environment.</li></ul></div>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
