Bring your energy to Aggreko as East Coast Sales Manager - Petrochemical &amp; Refining based in East Coast Region, You’ll manage a team of sales representative that cover the petrochemical business.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.               What you’ll do as East Coast Sales Manager: <ul><li>Managing a remote sales team including setting, measuring, tracking sales performance and hiring of new sales reps</li><li>Covering the Lower 48 states</li><li>Set individual revenue targets (quotas) and drive their attainment throughout the Area while ensuring profitable sales</li><li>Maintain market awareness and stay in touch with market trends including economic, environmental, and competitive forces influencing the market</li><li>Enforce standards, monitor pricing practices, execute objectives, and hold team accountable for performance</li><li>Ensure effective adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales process</li><li>Drive functional sales initiatives and campaigns throughout sector in partnership with Marketing.</li><li>Effectively utilize authority for sales personnel decisions (staffing levels, hiring, termination, promotion, salary administration, etc.) in consultation with Sector Leader and the VP of Sales</li><li>Ensure optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, development, and corrective action</li><li>Execute specific plans developed to drive market penetration</li><li>Ensure that assigned sector attracts, develops, and retains the highest quality sales talent available in the marketplace </li></ul>You are:<ul><li>5+ years of direct business to business sales management experience</li><li>Advanced Knowledge of targeted territory and understanding of the petrochemical industry</li><li>Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, strategist, and Analytical</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience</li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>Work from home or in a local service center in East Coast region of the US</li><li>Base Salary range -$150-190k /year plus bonus structure</li><li>No premium cost medical plan option available</li><li>Paid training programs and tuition reimbursement.</li><li>Sales career growth potential in expertise, leadership and across territories</li><li>Safety-focused culture</li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
