They are responsible for tooling changes, troubleshooting, and performing routine maintenance to minimize downtime Responsibilities Comply with all safety requirements and proper use of PPE<ul><li>Understand &amp; practice the Quality policy</li><li>Perform all set up and change-over</li><li>Must be familiar with set up on all equipment:</li></ul>Intercell Welder (Front/Mid/Back) Shear/Short Tester (Front/Mid/Back) Hydroseal (2 head &amp; 3 head) (Front/Mid/Back) Post Welder (Back Line) Air Testers (Front/Mid/Back)<ul><li>Material Staging</li><li>First article processing through the Burst Test</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance on equipment</li><li>Maintain Logs and Records</li><li>Understand Work instructions and know where they are posted</li><li>Follow and maintain Lean activities (5S, housekeeping, hygiene, etc)</li><li>Be at work station on time</li><li>Leave work station on time, unless otherwise instructed by your Team Lead/supervisor</li></ul>Other duties as assigned  Safety Requirements High school diploma or equivalentComply with Blood Lead health and Hygiene ProtocolsUnderstand and comply with correct lifting procedures which enable lifting up to 50 lbsComply with Hazard communication proceduresMust follow all Ergonomic recommendations and safety proceduresBasic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment in a leadership role Proficient in Microsoft software products (Excel and Word) and any department specific computer programs Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating &amp; maintenance instructions and procedure manuals Good writing and communication skills Forklift Driver CertifiedKnowledge of Hand ToolsBasic computer skillsForklift certified Preferred QualificationsMinimum of 5 years as an Assembly OperatorSalary Range:Salary Range: $24.50/hr - $24.50/hrOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and locationif you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!if you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
