Responsibilities <ul style="list-style-type:disc;margin-left:22.200000000000003px;"><li>Responsible for the organization, preparation, and delivery of technical offer solutions for the bidding process. </li><li>Responsible for coordinating the different areas for the delivery and awarding of the bidding processes, such as engineering, finance, legal, etc.</li><li>Develop preliminary design documents, project costs and proposal documents for prospective projects.</li><li>Assist in achieving the sales target for energy storage product solutions.</li><li>Responsible for supporting the energy storage product solutions, technical bidding documents, etc</li><li>Work closely with sales team in meeting clients, attending exhibitions and trade shows to explain energy storage product solutions.</li><li>Cooperate with the product development center to complete the energy storage system standardization solution for engineering productization.</li></ul> Requirements <ul><li style="line-height:normal;background:#FFFFFF;">Bachelor’s in industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.</li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#FFFFFF;">A minimum of 2 years of experience in an externally facing engineering role in technical sales or development of utility scale battery energy storage systems.</li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#FFFFFF;">Strong techno-commercial knowledge of battery energy storage systems, including design, engineering, commissioning as well as performance guarantees.</li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#FFFFFF;">Ability to explain complex technical relationships to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.</li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#FFFFFF;">Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in different stages simultaneously.</li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#FFFFFF;">Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.</li><li style="line-height:normal;background:#FFFFFF;">Empathy and a customer-focused approach, with a passion for complex problem solving.</li></ul>
