We will consider all equal and we welcome all applications.Roles and responsibilities<ul><li>Sparring partner and coach for the management at tactical and strategic level.</li><li>HR development, co-responsible for the design of HR policies and instruments.</li><li>Execution and checkup of (set) work agreements, the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) and legally defined, as well as internal, policies and arrangements.</li><li>Supporting the management with recruitment (onboarding), employee development and off boarding.</li><li>Education, development and career planning.</li><li>Development and application of working conditions.</li><li>Organization development.</li><li>Execution of (global) HR projects.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>You hold a bachelor (BSc) or master (MSc) degree in or related to Human Resources Management</li><li>You have strong experience with general HR themes</li><li>You have a hands-on mentality and like to be part of the operational dynamics</li><li>You have relevant experience in an engineering and technical environment, (plus) part of an international matrix organization or in global industries with a production</li><li>You have a high sense of integrity and open communication</li><li>You have experience with labor relations and a solid understanding of the Collective Labor Agreement.</li><li>You have a structured way of working; analytical skills and you are a real initiator</li><li>Your Italian and English language skills are excellent (C1-C2)</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
