AECOM Burnaby is Hiring a Project Coordinator for their transportation teamWe are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to coordinate engineering support throughout the construction phase of a major transit infrastructure project involving elevated guideway &amp; stations, power propulsion substations, and ancillary site works associated with such infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support Project Managers and senior team members in the day-to-day coordination of project activities.</li><li>Assist in tracking project deliverables to ensure alignment with AECOM’s quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and consultants to facilitate smooth project execution.</li><li>Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action logs, and other project controls.</li><li>Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Help manage workflows, deadlines, and document submissions within project systems.</li></ul>
