About the Role At Enginzyme, we’re pioneering biomanufacturing — combining the power of enzymes with the efficiency of traditional process engineering. We are seeking a Research Assistant to join the Analytical Chemistry team and support R&amp;D through analytical method development, method validation, quality control, and instrument support. The role is central to ensuring that robust, reliable analytical methods are available to support research activities across projects, while also contributing to the effective operation and continuous improvement of the analytical laboratory. You will work closely with researchers and colleagues across R&amp;D in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. This is a hands-on laboratory role suited to someone who enjoys solving technical problems, improving methods and workflows, and taking ownership of analytical work in a fast-paced setting.
