This role is designed to support flexible working arrangements:<ul><li>Bucharest-based candidates: Hybrid work model</li><li>Candidates based in other cities in Romania: Fully remote</li><li>International candidates: Applications are welcome; however, relocation to Romania is mandatory if selected.</li></ul>Visa sponsorship will be discussed and initiated after successful completion of the first interview stage.Here is what you will do:<ul><li>Assist in the design and development of High Voltage Substations (up to 500kV) for a diverse stage of project.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Civil, Structural engineers, designers, and project management ensuring project success.</li><li>Perform modeling/CAD activities in Autocad, Revit and Microstation based on rules provided by a senior engineer.</li><li>Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports in accordance with project requirements and industry standards (IEC/IEEE/ANSI/AS).</li><li>Good knowledge of MV and HV systems: Substation Equipment, Fittings and Assemblies for HV conductors (Compression join bolted assemblies &amp; bolted Tee Clamps / Dropper supports / Conductor Spacers &amp; Earth Stirrups / Adaptor Plates / Earthing Termination / Fittings for Tubular busbars).</li><li>Producing drawings for each stage of the project: Single Line Diagrams, HV and MV Substations Equipment Layout &amp; Sections, Cable sizing, Cable Routing and Sections, Earthing and Lightning Layouts</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and incorporate best practices into designs.</li><li>Support senior engineers in project development.</li></ul>
