You will be responsible for recording employee expense reports, business trip expenses and invoices. You will process formal and accounting validation of documents necessary for the accounting process; you will verify various documents from accounting and tax view as well as support the monthly closing activities; review, book and reconcile credit card statements. You will prepare information and statements in the area of accounting as well as data for internal and external audits, also any other duties in the scope of the role that the company requires.What you'll bring<ul><li>Administration, accounting or economics degree</li><li>3-4 years of professional experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in shared service organization</li><li>Knowledge of the Polish accounting and tax regulations</li><li>Knowledge of the basics of German, Swiss, Portuguese or Spanish accounting and tax regulations would be an advantage</li><li>Knowledge of the basics of German, Swiss, Portuguese or Spanish language would be an advantage</li><li>English written and oral communication skills</li><li>Willingness to take initiative</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-suite</li><li>Both teamwork and individual work skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Maintain a high level of cooperation and good relations with all employees</li><li>Able to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities</li><li>Ability to maintain a professional, courteous demeanor in challenging circumstances</li><li>Knowledge of Oracle system would be an advantage</li></ul><h1>About us  </h1>We’re a global, 1000-stong, diverse team of professional experts, promoting and delivering Social Innovation through our One Hitachi initiative (OT x IT x Product) and working on projects that have a real-world impact.
