We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.</p><p>As an Accounts Payable Specialist you will assist the accounting team with various tasks for all companies in the Einride group. You will also have the opportunity to take part in projects regarding improvements of systems and processes related to accounts payable. You will have a wide set of touch points within the organisation and will need to be skilled in handling this in order to manage and solve finance challenges. As a person, you will therefore need to be detail oriented, a self-starter who is able to build strong relationships as well as stakeholder management both internally and externally. Naturally your strength also lies with numbers and an ability to create structure and control.</p><h3>You will</h3><ul><li>Accounts payable</li><li>Payments </li><li>Reconciliations &amp; accruals </li><li>Reminders, collections</li><li>Operational support at monthly closing</li><li>Daily contact with suppliers/vendors </li><li>Expense reviews</li></ul><h3>We expect you to:</h3><ul><li>Have 1-2 years experience within Accounts Payable</li><li>Experience in Excel and Google sheets working with supporting systems, as well as being quick to learn new ones</li><li>Have a high sense of ownership and a self starter</li><li>Ability to create organisation in a fast changing environment, and adapt when reprioritization is needed</li><li>Fluent in English and Swedish</li><li>Knowledge of German would be considered an advantage but not essential for the role</li></ul><p>This is a full-time position based in Stockholm.
