This role requires a strong understanding of business drivers and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights that guide performance improvement and growth initiatives.Key responsibilities include collaborating with both business and finance stakeholders to develop accurate revenue and cost forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans. The role involves continuously tracking actual performance against forecasts, identifying variances, and clearly articulating the underlying drivers. The FP&amp;A professional will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decisions by providing timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights.Additionally, the role requires close coordination with cross-functional finance teams, including Controllership, Payroll, and Shared Services, to ensure accurate tracking of monthly and quarterly financials.
