Invoice Processing – PO &amp; Non-PO<ul><li>Process high volumes of Purchase Order (PO) invoices, ensuring 2-way/3-way matching (PO, GRN, and invoice).</li><li>Handle Non-PO invoices by validating approvals, cost centers, and policy compliance.</li><li>Resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantity, tax, or missing documents by coordinating with procurement, buyers, and vendors.</li><li>Maintain accurate invoice data entry in the ERP system within SLA timelines.</li><li>Support month-end close activities, including GR/IR reconciliation and accrual preparation.</li></ul>Vendor &amp; Stakeholder Coordination<ul><li>Communicate with vendors for invoice clarifications, payment follow-ups, and dispute resolutions.</li><li>Work closely with internal departments such as Procurement, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth workflows.</li><li>Maintain vendors' master data accuracy and support periodic vendor reconciliations.</li></ul>Payment Processing<ul><li>Support weekly and monthly payment runs (ACH/NEFT/RTGS/Wire).</li><li>Ensure invoices are fully validated and approved before payment.</li><li>Track and report payment status to stakeholders.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Prepare AP aging reports, P-Card summary reports, and other periodic MIS.</li><li>Maintain well-organized documentation for audit and compliance purposes.</li><li>Assist in external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation.</li></ul>
