Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Perform startup and shutdown of production molds as required, and perform and confirm completion of mold change-overs (mold, aux. equip., EOAT, etc.).</li><li>Safely operate forklift and overhead cranes for handling molds.</li><li>Ensure that the correct mold and materials are being used.</li><li>Perform minor in-press mold cleaning as needed.</li><li>Ensure processes run consistently and provide production support as needed.</li><li>Ensure functional and cosmetic product specifications are met by working with quality and engineering.</li><li>Log and communicate any process changes to ensure process parameters are up to date</li><li>Maintain and follow 6S Principles including SMED.</li><li>Perform minor EOAT troubleshooting/repair activities.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Ability to work 12-Hour Night Shift (6 pm - 6 am with rotating weeks of M/TU/SAT/SUN, and W/TH/F)</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 3+ years in injection molding processing.</li><li>Experience with setup and startup of molds and other related equipment as it pertains to injection molding (robots, automation, auxiliary equipment, etc.).</li><li>Technical knowledge of common injection molding issues as they may be related to mold, material, machine, and/or process issues.</li><li>EOAT robot programming and setup.</li><li>Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic systems, and fluid power</li><li>Basic operating knowledge of computer programs in Microsoft including Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li><li>Excellent listening skills and ability to follow instructions.
