You will serve as the critical linchpin aligning our global engineering, supply chain, and external partners. If you are a leader who thrives on ambiguity, possesses deep engineering knowledge, and wants to leave a lasting impact on global energy infrastructure, we want you on our team.What You Will Do:<ul><li>Drive Execution: Own the full lifecycle planning, scheduling, and execution of mission-critical power electronics programs, ensuring aggressive company milestones are met.</li><li>Lead Cross-Functionally: Act as the central nervous system connecting engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and product quality teams. Influence and align diverse global teams to resolve roadblocks without needing direct authority.</li><li>Navigate Technical Complexity: Drive rigorous technical discussions, guide design trade-offs, and lead technical design reviews to ensure robust performance and manufacturability.</li><li>Proactive Risk Management: Anticipate bottlenecks before they happen. Develop robust mitigation strategies and ensure clear communication regarding budget, resource usage, and team availability.</li><li>Scale for Production: Coordinate onsite prototype and early-stage production builds with contract manufacturers, rapidly identifying and resolving issues to accelerate time-to-market.</li><li>Continuous Optimization: Relentlessly identify opportunities to optimize workflows, enhance technical designs, and drive overall operational efficiency.</li></ul>What You Bring:<ul><li>Education: BS or MS degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>Domain Expertise: 3-5+ years of hands-on program management experience specifically in power electronics, PCBA design, development, or hardware systems engineering.</li><li>Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in taking complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs from concept to high-volume production.</li><li>Strategic Problem Solver: Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.</li><li>Exceptional Communicator: Ability to distill complex technical challenges into clear, actionable insights for engineering teams, external vendors, and executive leadership.</li><li>Mission-Driven: A deep passion for accelerating the adoption of renewables and improving our energy infrastructure</li></ul>Benefits:We’re dedicated to creating a remarkable employee experience. The salary range estimate for this position depending on level of experience is: $120,000 - 145,000 USD.The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package &amp; benefits, will be at the company’s sole discretion, and determined by factors including but not limited to years of experience, job level, geographic location, and other relevant business considerations.
