AECOM is seeking an Instrumentation &amp; Automation Engineer for full-time position based in our Singapore office.  The role’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Provide conceptual and detailed engineering design of process instrumentation, control systems, SCADA, and Network design.</li><li>Develop contract documents such as P&amp;IDs, PLC Control Panel design, control and communication system diagrams, loop &amp; schematic wiring diagrams, Process Control Narratives, I/O lists, instrument data sheets, specifications, hardware and software design, and instrumentation standard details.</li><li>Work closely with other discipline Engineers, Designers and Project Managers as a key team player within an integrated multi-disciplinary project delivery team.</li><li>Ensure accuracy, completeness and quality of technical information and project documentation in accordance with AECOM QA/QC programs.</li><li>Ensure that project needs are met in an effective and timely manner.</li><li>Work with clients, suppliers and contractors and assist in field work, investigation and support start-up and commissioning activities for our clients, resolve site queries, attend site meetings and perform site inspections during the construction phase of projects.</li><li>Be accountable to provide all activities in accordance with all applicable codes and standards, including all of AECOM’s policies and procedures, such as Safety, Environmental, Quality Assurance and Quality Control.</li><li>Manage, organize and participate in multiple work assignments as required.</li></ul>
