This role is accountable for ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and workmanship. The Power Plant Site Manager provides direct leadership to field teams, coordinates with subcontractors and clients, and drives decision-making to support successful project delivery.<hr>Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Champion our Safety Culture. Lead all site activities with an uncompromising commitment to safety and ensure full compliance with company and client safety programs.</li><li>Lead On-Site Construction Operations. Oversee all day-to-day construction activities to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project requirements.</li><li>Own Project Execution. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to support successful delivery of multi-million-dollar projects.</li><li>Direct Field Leadership Teams. Provide oversight and leadership to General Foremen, Material Managers, Safety personnel, QA/QC, and other site staff.</li><li>Manage Subcontractors. Oversee subcontractor performance, coordination, and compliance with project scope, schedule, and safety expectations.</li><li>Ensure Contract and Scope Alignment. Review and understand contract requirements and ensure all work aligns with defined scope and project specifications.</li><li>Drive Schedule and Reporting Accuracy. Develop, maintain, and update project schedules and management reports to reflect accurate project status.</li><li>Participate in Client Coordination. Represent the company in project meetings and maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Make Critical Field Decisions. Provide timely direction to address challenges, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.</li><li>Oversee Equipment Utilization. Monitor the use and management of company-owned and rented equipment to ensure efficiency and cost control.</li><li>Maintain Quality Standards. Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with project specifications and drawings.</li><li>Support Workforce Development. Promote training, development, and performance feedback for site personnel.</li><li>Perform Additional Duties as Assigned.
