You will thrive in a fast‑paced, highly complex manufacturing environment, working alongside a motivated, cross‑functional team supporting cutting‑edge vehicle programs.</p><p>In this role, you will partner across the full product lifecycle to proactively protect Lucid’s production lines from quality risks. You will collaborate closely with <strong>Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Engineering, Launch, and Field Quality teams</strong> to ensure robust quality execution from development through launch and production.</p></div><p> </p><div><h3><strong>You Will</strong></h3><ul><li>Ensure compliance of quality deliverables at each project milestone during the launch phase in alignment with corporate standards</li><li>Lead quality test and validation follow‑up with Product Engineering to ensure requirements are met</li><li>Review, validate, and support <strong>APQP/PPAP</strong> activities in partnership with Supplier Quality and Product Engineering</li><li>Ensure part maturity and readiness to secure production line stability</li><li>Monitor responsiveness with Incoming Quality and suppliers on non‑conforming or defective parts</li><li>Define Incoming Quality Inspection requirements and support training for internal teams and third‑party resources</li><li>Collect, track, and resolve Incoming Quality findings during launch to protect production continuity and address issues with suppliers and cross‑functional teams</li><li>Proactively identify supplier risks and lead mitigation actions in collaboration with Supplier Quality Development</li><li>Drive problem‑solving activities with the Launch team; validate implementation and effectiveness of solutions through Gemba and ensure long‑term sustainability</li><li>Lead containment and root‑cause resolution for internal quality issues identified through Pre‑Delivery Inspection (PDI) and Lucid Customer Product Audit findings</li><li>Improve customer experience by leading <strong>0MiS, 3MiS, 6MiS</strong>, and similar quality findings, including containment and corrective actions, in coordination with Field Quality, Supplier Quality, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing</li><li>Ensure readiness and approvals for <strong>New Parts Introduction (NPI)</strong>, including trials, parts change management, and PPAP approvals</li><li>Monitor and track <strong>Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)</strong> within PLM or equivalent systems</li></ul></div><p> </p><div><h3><strong>You Bring</strong></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Total Quality Management</strong>, or a related field</li><li><strong>5+ years</strong> of relevant professional experience (post-graduation)</li><li><strong>5+ years of experience within a greenfield OEM environment (required)</strong></li><li><strong>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar ADAS or senior quality engineering role (required)</strong></li><li>Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills</li><li>Proven ability to influence, motivate, and build alignment across cross‑functional teams and senior leadership</li><li>Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment with multiple simultaneous priorities</li><li>Strong data analysis and visualization skills</li><li>Demonstrated capability to lead complex quality issues and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)</strong> is a plus</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics, with in‑depth knowledge of <strong>ADAS standards and specifications</strong></li></ul></div><div><div><p><strong>Additional Compensation and Benefits</strong>: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
