You will operate in a dynamic, fast‑paced manufacturing environment, working alongside a highly motivated, cross‑functional team on complex and high‑impact vehicle programs.</p><p>In this role, you will partner across the entire product lifecycle to proactively protect Lucid’s production lines from quality risks. You will collaborate closely with <strong>Supplier Quality, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Launch, and Field Quality teams</strong> to ensure robust quality execution from development through launch and sustained production.</p></div><p> </p><div><h3><strong>You Will</strong></h3><ul><li>Ensure compliance of quality deliverables at each project milestone during the launch phase in alignment with corporate standards</li><li>Drive quality test execution and validation follow‑up in partnership with Product Engineering</li><li>Review, validate, and support <strong>APQP/PPAP</strong> activities with Supplier Quality and Product Engineering</li><li>Ensure part maturity and readiness to secure stable and efficient production lines</li><li>Monitor responsiveness with Incoming Quality and suppliers on non‑conforming or defective parts</li><li>Define Incoming Quality Inspection requirements and support training of internal teams and third‑party resources</li><li>Collect, track, and resolve Incoming Quality Inspection findings during launch to protect production continuity</li><li>Proactively identify supplier risks and lead mitigation actions in collaboration with Supplier Quality Development</li><li>Drive problem‑solving activities with the Launch team; validate implementation and effectiveness through Gemba and ensure long‑term sustainability</li><li>Lead containment and root‑cause resolution for internal quality issues identified through <strong>Pre‑Delivery Inspection (PDI)</strong> and <strong>Lucid Customer Product Audit</strong> findings</li><li>Improve customer experience by leading <strong>0MiS, 3MiS, 6MiS</strong>, and similar quality assessments, including containment and corrective actions, in coordination with Field Quality, Supplier Quality, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing</li><li>Ensure readiness and approvals for <strong>New Parts Introduction (NPI)</strong>, including trials, parts change management, and PPAP approvals</li><li>Monitor and track <strong>Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)</strong> within PLM or equivalent systems</li></ul></div><p> </p><div><h3><strong>You Bring</strong></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Total Quality Management</strong>, or a related discipline</li><li><strong>5+ years</strong> of relevant professional experience in quality or manufacturing engineering</li><li><strong>5+ years of experience in a greenfield OEM environment (required)</strong></li><li><strong>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar senior or system‑level quality engineering role (required)</strong></li><li>Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills</li><li>Proven ability to influence, motivate, and gain alignment across cross‑functional teams and senior leadership</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, highly technical environment</li><li>Strong analytical, data‑driven problem‑solving, and visualization skills</li><li>Experience leading complex technical and quality issues across multiple organizational levels</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)</strong> is a plus</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics, with in‑depth knowledge of <strong>electronics and vision system manufacturing processes, standards, and specifications</strong></li><li>Demonstrated team leadership capability and cross‑functional collaboration experience</li><li>Strong proficiency in <strong>MS Office tools</strong> (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; MS Project preferred)</li><li>Creative, hands‑on, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and highly organized mindset</li></ul></div><div><div><p><strong>Additional Compensation and Benefits</strong>: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
