Reporting and troubleshooting manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods.How you’ll make an impact <ul><li>To contribute in order to meet organization, department specified key performance indicators, quality &amp; otherwise specified targets</li><li>To follow outlined procedures for systems &amp; processes like SAP, CCRP, code of conduct &amp; management instructions</li><li>To maintain QMS related documents &amp; data pertaining to his area of work. To assign work, train &amp; asses performance of reporting personnel. Board plant &amp; component plant Final Inspection planning.</li><li>To plan &amp; execute final inspection of board (Thickness &amp; Visual check) as per applicable requirement of customer, quality plan.</li><li>To check &amp; confirm the requirements given in plan against the customer requirement.</li><li>Raise nonconformance reports &amp; capture internal non conformances when deviations are observed against requirements. Capture rejection parameters &amp; analyse trends.</li><li>To prepare daily &amp; monthly Board &amp; Component inspection reports, TPT data &amp; CCRP reports.</li><li>To interact with production &amp; marketing for customer &amp; inspection related issues</li><li>To implement quality improvement projects &amp; trials in Board Plant, paper &amp; Component</li><li>To attend SQDIC meeting &amp; also attend production meeting.
