What you'll do<ul><li>Lead onsite quality control and act as the key quality contact for day‑to‑day operations</li><li>Accurate and timely routine testing of all products is carried out as required and KPI reporting of the site</li><li>Coordinate product batches for offsite laboratory testing and ensure timely test completion</li><li>Perform online inspections and work cross‑functionally across operations, supply chain and technical teams</li><li>Manage and maintain controlled documents, procedures and update SOP’s and product specifications within the Quality Management System</li><li>Conduct internal audits and support external audit readiness</li><li>Investigate quality incidents, conduct root cause analysis on customer non conformances and complaints</li><li>Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement programs within the operations areas</li><li>Support the New Zealand Quality Manager while coordinating all on‑the‑ground quality activity at Horotiu</li><li>Release finished goods for sale and ensure compliance with specifications and standards  </li></ul>About You You bring a strong technical foundation, a proactive working style, and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. You thrive in an environment where you can take ownership, solve problems with analytical thinking, and ensure quality excellence every day.<ul><li>Bachelor of Chemistry, Science or Engineering or demonstrated work experience</li><li>(3–8 years) in a quality coordination role within manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments </li><li>Strong background in investigations, customer complaints, non-conformance management and root cause analysis </li><li>Solid understanding of QMS, controlled documentation practices, and internal auditing </li><li>Knowledge and understanding of ISO9001 quality standards and ISO14001 environmental requirements (advantageous)</li><li>Hands on capability with physical testing, measurements, calibration and process inspections </li><li>Confident working cross functionally with strong relationship building, stakeholder engagement and communication skills</li><li>New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident</li><li>There may be a small amount of travel to other sites as required from time to time.  </li></ul>Why Join Us?
