Engineering degree.</li></ul>Senior Engineer<ul><li>Must have obtained Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET accredited program or PE</li><li>Minimum of six (6) years of engineering experience or five (5) years of engineering experience with state registration as a Professional Engineer</li><li>A Master's degree in Engineering will be considered in lieu of the B.S. Engineering degree</li></ul><h2>Desired Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Professional Engineer</li><li>Proficiency in electric distribution system design engineering practices and principles (i.e., ability to perform desktop &amp; field validations, recognition of field equipment including electronic &amp; hydraulic reclosers, sectionalizers, switchgear, wye &amp; delta transformer banks, cutouts, phasing, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of distribution system planning practices including circuit model validation, analyzing switching contingencies, troubleshooting circuit overloads and voltage violations, resolving high-neutral current issues, etc.</li><li>Experience utilizing feeder analysis software such as CYMDIST to perform planning studies</li><li>Skilled in engineering theories and principles</li><li>Skilled in the practices of researching engineering and design issues, evaluating alternatives, making sound recommendations and preparing and presenting recommendations.</li><li>Good written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Skilled principles of project management.</li><li>Experience in the utility industry.</li><li>Department specific experience applicable to the hiring department.</li></ul> <h2>Working Conditions</h2><ul><li>Valid driver's license</li><li>M - F, flex schedule available</li><li>Hybrid mobility classification - work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the onboarding period.
