This is not a typical field marketing role - it’s a launch leadership position. You will plan and execute a full summer-long sampling and experiential program across NYC’s biggest cultural events, fitness channels, and high-traffic street-level activations driving consumer buzz and trial. You’ll build and manage a team of 6-8 Brand Ambassadors, coordinate with our distribution partners, Marketing and Sales teams, and make Beyond Immerse the most talked-about beverage launch of the summer. </div><div>TASKS, DUTIES, &amp; GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES </div><div><ul><li>Full Program Ownership: Own end-to-end planning &amp; execution of sampling plan including Brand Ambassador recruiting and training, event programming, budget, inventory management, logistics, and reporting. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Event Program: Identify, negotiate, plan, and lead local event strategies to boost brand awareness and engage directly with consumers. Leverage these connections to identify and secure new opportunities for collaboration, sponsorships, events, and promotional activities. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Other related and supervisory duties as assigned. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>QUALIFICATIONS </div><div><ul><li>3-5 years in field/experiential marketing or brand activation in CPG beverages or food. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proven experience managing sampling at scale (50K+ samples) and leading field teams of 5+ </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Outgoing, energetic, and personable with a passion for connecting with consumers. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Deep knowledge of the events landscape, permitting, and venue/gym/run club networks, especially NYC &amp; LA. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong planning, project management, budget management, vendor negotiation, and logistics planning skills. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint, to analyze field marketing results and share reporting with the team. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Valid driver’s license; comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to thrive in a startup environment where things move quickly and change often. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with store managers, customers, and brokers.
