In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to identify and engage top talent for AI and engineering positions, playing a critical role in building high-impact teams.</p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team priorities.</li><li>Proactively identify, engage, and pipeline passive candidates for AI and engineering roles.</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach to assess alignment and interest.</li><li>Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies and campaigns to meet hiring goals.</li><li>Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.</li><li>Conduct market research to understand talent landscape, competitor activity, and sourcing opportunities.</li><li>Track, analyze, and report on pipeline metrics to inform stakeholders and improve hiring efficiency.</li><li>Support interview coordination and candidate experience when needed.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing processes and best practices.</li></ul><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience.</li><li>1–3 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, preferably for software engineering or related roles.</li><li>Proven ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li><li>Experience leveraging multiple sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, events).</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.</li><li>Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.</li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Master’s degree in HR or a related field.</li><li>Familiarity with the autonomous driving or AI industry.</li><li>Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.</li><li>Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to learn quickly in a fast-evolving environment.</li></ul><div> </div><div><strong>What do we provide:</strong></div><ul><li><div>A fun, supportive and engaging environment.</div></li><li><div>Infrastructures and computational resources to support your ML model development/research.</div></li><li><div>Opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies with the top talent in the field.</div></li><li><div>Opportunity to make significant impact on transportation revolution by the means of advancing autonomous driving.</div></li><li><div>Competitive compensation package.</div></li><li><div>Snacks, lunches, dinners, and fun activities.</div></li></ul><div> </div><div> </div><div>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
