Let´s change the world together!<h2>Tasks</h2><ul><li>Support I&amp;D team on preparation and execution of upstream and downstream processing activities.</li><li>Work with up to 1 L lab-scale bioreactors, shake flasks cultivations and microtiter plates.</li><li>Learn, perform and execute analytical analysis by colorimetric, HPLC, and enzymatic methods.</li><li>Perform data analysis, visualization, and reporting of your experimental results.</li><li>Participate in overall lab management activities such as lab cleaning, equipment or material ordering, maintenance, and preparing SOPs.</li><li>Follow the SOPs in place and suggest continuous improvements for process and workflows.</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Bioprocess Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical or Bioprocess Engineering, or related fields.</li><li>Experience working in a laboratory is preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Analytical and creative thinking.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team</li><li>Time management and organizational skills</li><li>Ownership and accountability mindset</li><li>You are passionate about sustainability and improving our food system</li><li>You are fluent in English (spoken and written), German is a plus</li></ul>At MicroHarvest, we value diversity and as such we do not discriminate based on race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group or class protected by applicable laws.
