Bring your energy to Aggreko as a HR Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a Hybrid role from our office in Dorsten. You’ll play a key role in delivering a high‑quality, efficient people service across the region. Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and colleagues, you’ll handle a broad range of people queries, and provide expert guidance on employee relations matters.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.What you’ll do as a HR Manager:<ul><li>Provide day‑to‑day advice and guidance to managers and colleagues across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance, absence, discipline and grievances</li><li>Act as a trusted HR stakeholder for managers across Germany, working closely with local leaders and regional teams to support with people matters</li><li>Act as an escalation point and mentor for People Services Advisors, supporting complex or sensitive cases where required</li><li>Own and deliver people administration and transactional processes across agreed business areas</li><li>Coach managers and colleagues on HR policies, processes and the effective use of Workday</li><li>Ensure local HR compliance, reviewing and maintaining documentation</li><li>Produce HR reports and data insights to support people processes and initiatives</li><li>Support the People Services Manager, People Business Partners and Centres of Excellence with project work, including works council activity</li></ul>What you'll bring:<ul><li>Solid experience across HR operations and the employee lifecycle</li><li>Hands‑on employee relations case management experience</li><li>Proven experience working with Works Councils</li><li>A strong service mindset, with the ability to build effective working relationships</li><li>Excellent organisation and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities</li><li>Commercial awareness, with an understanding of the impact people decisions can have on the wider business</li><li>Fluency in German and English languages   </li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
