Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Administer end-to-end monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees and ledgers</li><li>Administer the data collection required for the payroll especially in hourly employees’ work hours and validate and record. </li><li>Declare the social insurances &amp; taxes and Manage the overall year-end tax settlement process.</li><li>Coordinate benefits administration </li><li>Prepare the regular HR Communication Materials</li><li>Plan and prepare HR Events including Trainings </li></ul>🧑‍💼 Qualifications<ul><li>1~3 years of hands-on payroll and HR administration experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Proven quality of attention to details</li><li>Solid working knowledge of payroll reporting requirements.</li><li>Experience with any HRIS or payroll engine preferred</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.</li><li>Conversational English for email communications </li></ul>💡 Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Prior exposure to shift-based payroll complexities.</li><li>Workday </li></ul>
