The Value Management team partners cross-functionally across the entire project lifecycle — from Business Development to Operations to Asset Management— to assess value drivers, identify opportunities to improve performance, and build frameworks that inform how the company allocates resources and makes go-forward decisions.</p><p> </p><p>This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to dive deep into the interplay between the operational and financial considerations on clean energy projects, as well as the strategic decisions required to expand from a portfolio of successful projects to a sustaining, growing clean energy platform.</p><p> </p></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities </h3><ul><div><li><strong>Drive analysis to measure value</strong>: Analyze data to calculate value KPIs, working with the Director - Value Management to define approach and assumptions, and partnering with stakeholders across the organization to gather and validate data   </li><li><strong>Plan and manage assigned workstreams</strong>: Draft workplans and manage execution to track all deliverables and deliver timely and accurate results</li><li><strong>Serve as an expert</strong>: Build expertise on assigned analyses / segments of the business and serve as point of contact for the organization</li><li><strong>Support strategic recommendations and key initiatives:</strong> Draw insights from analysis to support business recommendations. Support resulting projects related to maximizing project and company value</li><li><strong>Collaborate across departments</strong>: Work closely with multiple teams to facilitate clear communication and execution of initiatives</li><li><strong>Facilitate stakeholder engagement</strong>: Prepare materials, presentations, and reports that clearly and succinctly communicate insights and drive to action</li><li><strong>Enable scalability and efficiency</strong>: Develop standardized workflows, templates, and best practices to scale execution.
