ONYX Insight is expanding across Latin America and is looking for a high-impact Sales Manager to drive growth in the wind energy sector across the region.What you’ll do<ul><li>Support the execution of the commercial strategy across LATAM markets</li><li>Identify and secure new business opportunities with utilities, operators, OEMs, IPPs, and investors</li><li>Develop and manage a strong pipeline across multiple countries</li><li>Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders</li><li>Represent ONYX Insight at industry events, including conferences and exhibitions, to generate leads and strengthen market presence</li><li>Prepare and present high-quality customer account management plans</li><li>Work closely with technical teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions</li><li>Monitor market trends and position ONYX Insight as a trusted, strategic partner</li></ul>What we’re looking for<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial management of clients within the wind energy sector in LATAM, preferably in engineering, maintenance, or monitoring services</li><li>Strong technical knowledge (wind asset performance, monitoring, maintenance is a strong plus)</li><li>Established network across Latin American markets</li><li>Native Portuguese speaker with fluency in English and Spanish</li><li>Highly autonomous, results-driven, and commercially sharp</li><li>Experience managing complex, multi-country sales cycles</li><li>Availability and willingness to travel across the region</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>A key role in expanding a high-growth region</li><li>Opportunity to support and contribute to the development of the LATAM commercial strategy</li><li>Exposure to an international, innovative environment</li><li>Competitive compensation aligned with performance</li></ul>Additional information<ul><li>ONYX Insight may request professional references and a recent criminal background check as part of the hiring process</li></ul>If you understand the LATAM wind market and are ready to scale impact across multiple countries, we’d love to connect.
