Let’s dive right in:</div><br><ul><li>Support the Sales Team throughout the full order lifecycle, from contract countersignature to final payment collection.</li><li>Assist the Sales Team and Legal Counsel in the preparation, coordination, and management of sales contracts.</li><li>Coordinate closely with HQ production, logistics, project, and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.</li><li>Act as a point of contact for customers regarding lead times, deliveries, invoicing, and payment status.</li><li>Prepare regular shipment reports, sales forecasts, and operational analyses on a weekly and monthly basis.</li><li>Issue commercial invoices and work closely with finance and sales teams to follow up on payments and manage shipment-related risks, including credit insurance.</li></ul></div>            Your profile<br>                <div style="font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;"><div>All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn’t it?<br>Now, in order to feel confident in this role and grow with us long-term, your ideal background should look a lot like this:</div><br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, order management, or a similar role.</li><li>Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a strong advantage.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with customers.</li><li>Solid data analysis skills with experience in preparing reports and forecasts.</li><li>Good working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office, with a practical and structured approach to work.</li><li>English language skills at C1 level; Greek at C2 level; Chinese at B2 level is a plus.</li></ul></div>
