Main Responsibilities: Coordinate customer oriented communication  <ul><li>Provide front line customer interface through phone/e-mail/website generating quotes, sales orders, equipment updates, transfer of technical requests to regional technical team all in a fast, efficient, effective, and customer centric manner.  </li></ul>Ownership of service back office administration<ul><li>Administration of service work: Quotation, service/part order, trips, shipment, report and invoice in Company ERP system and follow them up. </li></ul><ul><li>Receive customer and internal field service communication and process these reports in the most effective and efficient manner, like service reports, expense reports, … </li></ul><ul><li>Align with F&amp;A department for the service invoicing and cost control and contacting customers for the payment closing.  </li></ul>Support service sale and marketing <ul><li>Prepare the quotation / paper work for Service product like Upgrade, Insurance, Training.  </li></ul><ul><li>Promote Tomra service products toward customer needs.  </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain service contracts in organized manner and ensure all of the tems to deliver are in full execution.  </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with Markerting to comercialize the service marketing materials  </li></ul>Lead stock administration &amp; Support import and export   <ul><li>Local spare stock and tools administration. Assistant for the stock level management.  </li></ul><ul><li>Support parts export/Import, coordinate procurements to suppliers and Tomra entities in the most effective and cost efficient manner.  </li></ul>Additional Responsibilities <ul><li>Assistant to service manager on services KPI's &amp; performance, including customer satisfaction.  </li></ul><ul><li>Support documentary needs for service engineers to ensure the travelling convenience, Visa, Flight, Hotel, … </li></ul>
