We are seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise AI UX Design to define and scale how employees interact with AI across the enterprise. This leader will establish the standards, frameworks, and reusable patterns that shape a unified experience across AI Assistants, Operational AI &amp; Automation, Applied/Domain AI, and Agentic AI solutions.This role is responsible for ensuring that Human-AI interactions are intuitive, trusted, low-friction, and consistent across products and workflows. The Senior Manager will create enterprise-wide standards for interaction design, collaboration patterns, transparency, user control, and cross-product AI experiences, while partnering closely with Product Leaders, Product Managers, Design, Engineering, and the AI Transformation Office.The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of product strategy, UX leadership, systems thinking, enterprise transformation, and AI fluency, with the ability to influence across organizations and turn emerging AI interaction concepts into practical enterprise standards. This position will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include both in-office presence and telecommute/virtual work, to be based from either Houston or Dallas, TX.
