We offer the possibility of hybrid work. This is a fixed-term assignment (12 months initially) covering a maternity leave, within the HR Strategy Office, reporting to the Head of HR Service Development.  Your role and responsibilities  As a Senior HR Process Specialist, your work will include hands-on responsibility for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving hire-related HR processes, with a strong focus on My Employment Documents (MED). You will act as a process and solution expert for digital employment documentation and play a key role in ensuring stable, high-quality execution of end-to-end hire processes. You will be working with a wide range of HR and business stakeholders in a global environment, balancing operational responsibility with continuous improvement work.
