This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys testing, working with real products, and being part of a team that values quality, safety, and continuous improvement.In this role, you will be responsible for testing new and existing Philmac products, conducting general laboratory maintenance inspections, and ensuring accurate calibration of equipment. You will work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders across Product Development, Quality, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Production, contributing to the delivery of high-quality and innovative products.  Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Test new and existing Philmac products in accordance with relevant standards.</li><li>Prepare accurate and detailed test reports to document methods, results, and conclusions</li><li>Reviewing results and identifying opportunities to improve testing methods, processes, or product performance</li><li>Maintain lab equipment, calibration, and general housekeeping</li><li>Coordinate laboratory work schedules and support departmental testing requirements</li><li>Maintain NATA approval status, ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements and laboratory procedures</li><li>Ensure compliance with Work Health &amp; Safety (WHS) requirements, including safe work practices, hazard identification, risk assessments, and incident reporting.</li></ul>About You We are looking for someone who takes pride in what you do and enjoys working through problems.
