Bring your energy to Aggreko as Equipment Scheduler based in Baltimore. You’ll be responsible for managing fleet sourcing and positioning to fulfill customers’ ordersPower without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.               What you’ll do as Equipment Scheduler:<ul><li>You will be based out of BALTIMORE service center</li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for the selection of the most appropriate equipment that fulfils the need of the customer utilizing our technological resources</li><li>Collaborating with customer service representatives, Sales, and technicians in allocation of the fleet to the job</li><li>Partner with all other schedulers (Transport, fuel, rehire) for the successful completion of the projects</li><li>Develop and maintain direct lines of communication with all transport suppliers to ensure all requirements are met</li><li>Produce relevant performance monitoring data regarding On Time in Full and transport recoveries</li><li>Ensure compliance with Aggreko procedures including ISO, internal, external or PLC audits</li><li>Always ensure strict adherence to Aggreko’s QHSE policies and practices</li></ul>You are:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or relevant experience, specialized diploma, or vocational training</li><li>2+ years of experience supply chain and logistics</li><li>Well organized and can meet deadlines, performing under pressure in a fast-paced work environment</li><li>Strong analytical skill with an attention to detail and execution</li><li>Power user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Work, Teams, and other software programs</li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>Base salary range of $70-75K/year</li><li>Annual bonus program tied to company and individual performance</li><li>No cost medical plan option available </li><li>Paid training programs</li><li>Career growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement </li><li>Safety-focused culture  </li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
