Where your expertise is needed <ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Drive new business growth through multi-channel outreach and active participation in key industry events.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.</li><li>Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.</li><li>Co-design and implement automated sales processes in collaboration with the technology and sales teams.</li><li>Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.</li><li>Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain an up-to-date pipeline at all times.</li></ul> What we are looking for: <ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree from a leading university.</li><li>4–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in the B2B enterprise segment.</li><li>1–2 years of experience in carbon market sales (strongly preferred).</li><li>Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Strong communicator and negotiator, able to present complex topics clearly and to influence at the executive level.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li><li>Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with AI workflows, LLMs, and automation is a plus.</li><li>Willingness to travel to clients and events.</li><li>Must hold a valid EU/EFTA work permit and be able to work within EU time zones.
